Shiretoko Live camera of the Shiretoko Peninsula and mountains in Rausu at Minister of Environment.

The Shiretoko is a long narrow peninsula located in northeastern Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan, and is considered to be the last pristine ecosystem remaining in Japan.

The Shirakami mountains range is situated in northern part of main island Japan and covered with the last natural beech trees forests. World National Heritage Site.

Hiroshima Peace Memorial (Genbaku Dome) Live cam of Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome at Chyugoku-chiiki Energy Forum site. The Hiroshima Peace Memorial (Genbaku Dome) that is the ruin of the former Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall was the only structure left standing in the area where the first atomic bomb exploded on August 6 1945. Itsukushima Shinto Shrine  Link to Miyajima Tourism Site. The Itsukushima shrine in the Seto Miyajima was constructed in the 6th century and is know for the unique architecture of being constructed in the sea. The present shrine was built in the 12th century.   Link to Miyajima Tourism site.
Yakushima  Live cam of Yakushima at Minister of Environment. The Yakushima is a round-shaped island located 60 km south from the southern end of Kyushu island and has mountains over 1800m high.
